Mike Centola graduated from the University of New Orleans with a BA in Political Science in 1990. Mike started his law enforcement career in 1978 as a support employee of the FBI in the New Orleans Division. In 1991, he became a Special Agent with the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS), specializing in contract fraud and kickback investigations. In 2002, he transferred as a Special Agent to the Environmental Protection Agency-Criminal Investigation Division (EPA-CID) where he finished his federal career as the EPA-CID case agent for the Deep Water Horizon Disaster. He has been employed with the City of New Orleans Office of Inspector General since 2011, currently serving as the Chief of Investigations.
Centola has been trained as a Firearms Instructor, Non-Lethal Instructor and in Computer Forensics.Centola is a Certified Fraud Specialist and a Certified Inspector General Investigator.
Centola created and runs Rugaroux Q Charities, Inc., an 11-year-old Hogs for the Cause team that raises money for pediatric brain cancer outreach.

Jefferson Parish Office of Inspector General
Jeffrey Adolph is the Deputy Inspector General over Investigations and Evaluations with the Jefferson Parish Office of Inspector General. Immediately prior to joining the office in November 2017, he worked in various capacities for the Deepwater Horizon Economic Settlement Program including evaluating claims for fraud and interviewing claimants regarding their claimed losses.
Mr. Adolph earned a Bachelor of General Studies from Louisiana State University in December 2008 and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Orleans in December 2011. Mr. Adolph is a Certified Inspector General, Certified Inspector General Investigator, and a Certified Inspector General Inspector/Evaluator.
